Hey everyone... just letting everyone know that due to some family stuff going on, I will be in and out of the blog for the next few days. Hoping to post when I can, though, so keep an eye out, okay?

Thank you for understanding!

Today We're Sailing on... (A Free Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card for Today!)

... The Disney Magic!

Yes, today's Free Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style 3x4 Card is very similar to yesterday's, but it highlights the Disney Magic! It's definitely a goal of mine to sail on each and every one of the Disney Cruise Line ships... including the three new ones that will be launching, starting in a few years' time! For now, though, I'd just be thrilled to be able to cruise on the four existing ships!

Be sure to check out all of my previous blog posts from the past two months; you can grab all of the Free cards I've been posting directly from this blog (since June 1, 2018) there.

As usual, in order to save the file, click on the image above and it should pop up a version that will let you save it at that point. (If you have any trouble, just email me and we will discuss how I can best send you the file. If you can give me the name of the card or the title of the blog post, that would be awesome, too.)

You can print this file out onto any type of paper to use in your preferred method of scrapbooking, or you can use the JPG file in a fully digital manner (either load it into a graphics program - like Photoshop - or I actually highly recommend the official Project Life app; you can now add text to ANY image directly within the app! It's awesome! You can find out more information from the Project Life page at the following link: Project Life.)

I only ask that you don't redistribute or (especially) resell my images. Feel free to share the link to my blog post, and if you're on Pinterest, you can connect with me here Sandy MacGowan Pinterest or by clicking any Pin in my Pinteresting widget in the right side column.

"Come Sail Away on The Dream!"

Honestly; if I could, I think I'd spend the rest of my life travelling from Disney Cruise ship to Disney Cruise ship... well, maybe not the rest of my life, but I could definitely handle it for 6 months to a year! 😉

I'll be making a series of these cards, one for each of the Disney Cruise Line ships, but for today, here's your Free Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style 3x4 card, "Come Sail Away on The Dream!"

Minnie Mouse Free Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Journal Card

A few days ago, I shared with you a Mickey Head journal card... well, today I'm sharing a Minnie one! I love Minnie... and she's so sweet! Gotta love her polka dot bow, too! This card will work really well for any of your Disney Cruise Project Life scrapbooks - you can use it for a "meet 'n greet" page, or you could use it for a restaurant page - really, just about any page in your scrapbook!

Today, we're seekin' adventure with salty ol' pirates! Well, okay... we're going to have a little fun with Pirate Night for our Disney Cruise vacation scrapbooks!

Pirate Night is one of my favorite nights on any Disney Cruise, and what better addition to our Disney Cruise inspired Project Life card set than this Pirate Mickey head adorned 3x4 Filler Card?

"Mickey Anchor - Waves" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Wouldn't it be great to find out that the anchors that Disney Cruise Line uses actually looked like this? I mean, it's all about the Mouse, right? 😉 I know, logically, the anchors for the massive Disney Cruise Line ships can't be designed this way - but it's fun pretending!

Today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie card is just that... a filler card that's got my Mickey Anchor design highlighted on it! Use it as a filler, or add your own text on top of it to make it into your very own personal title card! The possibilities are endless, to be honest!

Taking a Small Break - Just for a Couple of Days!

Hi all!

Well, the best laid plans of mice and men... I unfortunately didn't get anything posted at all on the 14th - we had 2 shows to perform, and to be honest, the time just plain got away from me!

We have one more performance of "Beauty and The Beast" today (I'm writing this shortly after midnight) and knowing how the final show days usually go, I probably won't have any chance to design anything new to post until Monday. Hopefully, I can catch back up then! My apologies to any and all who may be checking out the blog on a regular basis... I *will* get back to it though, I promise!

Okay, I have to get some sleep... it's been a crazy week, but I do love theatre!

Thanks so much for understanding, and "See ya real soon!"

"Lumiere's" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Ma chère Mademoiselle, it is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you tonight. And now we invite you to relax, let us pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents: your dinner!

Yes, those lines are embedded in my brain forever, especially after this week of dress rehearsals! 😉 And, of course, today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie card (continuing with our restaurant theme) is... (drumroll, s'il vous plaît...) "Lumiere's" from the Disney Magic!

Now, since I haven't had the opportunity (yet) to sail on the Disney Magic... I have to ask the obvious question; do they serve the grey stuff? 😉

"Rapunzel's Royal Table" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Continuing with the restaurants on all of the Disney Cruise ships, today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie card is the "sister" of yesterday's "Tiana's Place" from the Disney Wonder... here's "Rapunzel's Royal Table" from the Disney Magic!

I think that part of the reason I've been inspired to create these restaurant cards is the "Be Our Guest" scene in "Beauty and The Beast"... the dress rehearsals for our production are coming along fabulously, and it's going to be a great series of performances! (And yes, we have dancing plates and silverware!) 😉

"Tiana's Place" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

I know it's really late (actually, it's "tomorrow") but I wanted to make sure I uploaded a Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie for you, even if it's technically after midnight. Another long night of dress rehearsals, but all of my video projections ran flawlessly! (Fingers crossed for the rest of the rehearsals, and of course, for the 5 shows this weekend!)

On to today's Freebie! I'm continuing with the restaurant theme, and today I'm highlighting "Tiana's Place" on the Disney Wonder! (I absolutely love "The Princess & The Frog" for so many reasons; Tiana is such a beautiful character, inside and out, the jazz music is so much fun, the whole New Orleans vibe is SO amazing (I have always wanted to go to Mardi Gras!)... I could go on and on and on... but I'll stop now so that I can add this card! And as they like to say in NOLA: "Laissez le bon temps rouler!"

As usual, in order to save the file, click on the image above and it should pop up a version that will let you save it at that point. (If you have any trouble, just email me and we will discuss how I can best send you the file. If you can give me the name of the card or the title of the blog post, that would be awesome, too.)

"Sailor Mickey Journal Card" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Welcome aboard! Today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie is something that every scrapbooker should use to document their experience... a Journaling card!

I couldn't resist adding the waves and Sailor Mickey into the design... sort of ties everything together, you know?

It's a busy week ahead for me; helping with a local community theatre production of Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" and it's "tech week." For those of you who may not be aware, that's the final week of dress rehearsals and when the lights, sound, and (in my case) video projections are all added into the mix! So, in case some of the upcoming freebies may be late... well... it's for a good cause! Sometimes it's hard for me to decide which I love more, live theatre or Disney...!!

(You can also use the Pinterest graphic I've included below if you wish to create your own pin back to this page.)

"Sailor Mickey" on Blue Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie card is a slight variation on a previous card offered in a post last month. Sometimes the color red just won't go with the photos you've chosen for your page, so I'm providing you with an alternative in an ocean-blue tone today.

I think it's perfect to use as a fun filler card wherever you want, and it definitely has an "ocean vibe" to it! Enjoy!

As usual, in order to save the file, click on the image above and it should pop up a version that will let you save it at that point. (If you have any trouble, just email me and we will discuss how I can best send you the file. If you can give me the name of the card or the title of the blog post, that would be awesome, too.)

"Aqua Duck" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

If you've ever sailed on the Disney Dream or Fantasy cruise ships, one of the more obvious visible differences between these ships and their "little sisters" (the Magic and the Wonder) is the Aqua Duck ride! Who'd have thought, when Disney started their own cruise line, that there would end up being a couple ships with "E-Ticket" rides on board!?

So, to kick off our weekend, here's my Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style 3x4 card Freebie for today: Aqua Duck! (You will get wet on this ride!)

As usual, in order to save the file, click on the image above and it should pop up a version that will let you save it at that point. (If you have any trouble, just email me and we will discuss how I can best send you the file. If you can give me the name of the card or the title of the blog post, that would be awesome, too.)

"Animator's Palate" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Whenever I talk to anyone who has ever been on a cruise... any cruise, whether it be a Disney Cruise or any other cruise line operator... one of the topics of discussion that comes up is... Food. Yes, from the all-you-can-eat buffets to the rotational dining, food is a major plus for any cruise. (One of my high school friends told me years ago that she and her husband decided cruising was the best vacation option for their family, because they had two teenage boys who played football. Cruising was the only way they could keep them fed on vacation without breaking the bank!) 🤣

While I thoroughly enjoyed all of the dining experiences during our two Disney Dream cruises, I think I enjoyed Animator's Palate the most. Why? Well, maybe it was because that was our very first exposure to the upscale dining on board our very first cruise, but I believe it was the extra-special whimsical touches - from the silverware to the entertainment via Crush visiting our table - it all added up to that extra special Disney magic that I just absolutely love. So, in honor of Animator's Palate, I am offering as today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie... the following!

As usual, in order to save the file, click on the image above and it should pop up a version that will let you save it at that point. "Fireworks at Sea!" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Today's the 4th of July... and you know what I always think of on July 4th? Fireworks, of course! And as far as I know, Disney Cruise Line is currently the only cruise line in the world offering Fireworks at Sea, so what better Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie card to offer you today than a Mickey-head fireworks blast honoring that fact?

I love fireworks of all kinds, but I really love all the ones that Disney presents, whether they be in one of the theme parks or out at sea. There's definitely something unique, though, with seeing them shot off from a ship in the middle of the Caribbean! (We noticed that the Dream had a little "company" both Fireworks nights during our two cruises... a couple other cruise ships in the vicinity made sure they cruised by close enough to enjoy the show, too, lol!)

I hope you're all having a safe holiday (for those of you in the States.) If you're not in the U.S., hopefully you're enjoying your summer (for those in the northern hemisphere) or your winter (in the southern!)

As usual, in order to save the file, click on the image above and it should pop up a version that will let you save it at that point. Have you ever had one of those days where no matter what you do, you just seem to keep spinning your wheels? Well, that was my day today. Yup. Along a similar vein to yesterday's Freebie, I'm offering you this "Cookie's Too" card. It will go well with my previous card from Castaway Cay a few days ago, too. So, without further ado... here you go!

"Cookie's BBQ Yummy Food!" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Card

Who doesn't enjoy all the fantastic food on a Disney Cruise? I know that I absolutely loved being pampered with such amazing choices while on our two cruises so far! (Best part? No cooking and NO dishes!)

So, thinking of food, I decided to make today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie highlight Castaway Cay's food... and it's "Cookie's BBQ Yummy Food!" written in sand on the beach!

This card will look fantastic on your Project Life page highlighting all the yummy food you'll find on Castaway Cay at Cookie's BBQ... (okay, I'm getting hungry just thinking about that awesome soft-serve ice cream they have there! ) I'd love to see some of your layouts if you wish to share them!

"Disney Magic - Waves" Disney Cruise Inspired Project Life Style 3x4 Title/Filler Card

Sorry for the lateness today/tonight; Sunday's are always a bit of a hit-and-miss for the timing of my posts... depending on what our family or theatre obligations happen to be, the Freebies may come early in the day, late in the evening (like tonight) or sometimes not until Monday. But better late than never, as they say!

Last month I shared a "sister" to today's Disney Cruise inspired Project Life style Freebie card, highlighting the Disney Dream. So today, here's the Disney Magic!

Since I'm trying to get this posted asap, I won't add anything else here. (Other than Happy Canada Day!) 🍁
